CrossFit HVL’s Run Club is designed to give our community group accountability for just getting out there and running. We meet on Saturday’s at 8am and run anything from 1-4 miles whether all at once or as intervals. We have a large part of our community that runs Spartans, 5K’s, 10K’s, half marathons and other events. This is a supportive and motivating group that will help you achieve whatever race you are running.
