Couple of important things:

  1. Email went out with our current plan in dealing with the Coronavirus and rules and updates regarding the gym and keeping it clean. This is for everyones safety. Please read before the next time you come in. If you did not get the email…please message me and I will send it to you. Example…we have sit ups today, so you MUST bring a towel/beach towel!!!
  2. You must join our private FB group “CrossFit HVL Community Page” to get ALL the updates. I am aware some of you do not have FB, but that will be our primary point of updates.This is the majority of our members and a way to stay in touch with each other, so that is what we will use.  Just create a generic page for yourself and join the community.
  3. Strength Program week 1 starts and I will have percentages on the board for you to follow. This is a 6 week program. Come early and do some math 😉
